Recently, he was appointed Chairman of the Chief Minister’s Task Force for Education, tasked with promoting quality education across Punjab's institutions. Muhammad Mohsin Leghari

Zubair Ahmad Malik

Mr. Zubair Ahmed Malik, former President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), is a notable leader in Pakistan's business community and has continuously contributed to regional economic initiatives. He serves on the Executive Committee of the SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), where he actively supports initiatives to empower women entrepreneurs in South Asia. His work includes promoting e-commerce and digital skills for startups and fostering gender-inclusive innovations, underscoring his commitment to sustainable development in the region​.

Dr. Huma Baqai

Prof. Dr. Huma Baqai is the Rector of the Millennium Institute of Technology and Entrepreneurship, Karachi, and a seasoned expert in international relations and political analysis, active in media since 1999. Formerly Associate Dean at IBA Karachi, she has authored 29 research articles and co-edited *Pakistan-Afghanistan Relations: Pitfalls and Way Forward* (2021) and *Making Sense of Post-COVID-19 Politics* (2020). Dr. Baqai has been a speaker in 200+ webinars and conferences and contributed over 100 columns to leading newspapers and magazines, including *Pakistan Observer*, *The Express Tribune*, and *Hilal ISPR Magazine*. She serves on multiple boards, is Vice Chairperson of the Karachi Council for Foreign Relations, and has been involved in Track-II diplomacy between Pakistan and Afghanistan. She is also a certified Corporate Trainer and analyst for platforms like Voice of America and Radio Pakistan.

Zafarullah Khan

Mr Zafarullah Khan is a civic educator, human rights advocate, and Chief Executive of Ideas for Vision 2047. He launched Pakistan's first 'Constitutional Literacy Campaign,' promoting citizen awareness of the Constitution. As a co-opted member of the 2023 Parliamentary Committee on the Constitution’s Golden Jubilee, he also authored *Consistent Parliamentary Cord: Fundamental Rights of Citizens of Pakistan*, published by the Senate and translated into Urdu. He has held leadership roles, including Executive Director of the Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services (PIPS) and Centre for Civic Education Pakistan. Mr. Khan received the President's Human Rights Award in 2016. He holds an M.Phil. from Quaid-i-Azam University and an M.Sc. in Media and Communications from the London School of Economics.

H.E Saad S Khan

His Excellency Dr Saad S. Khan, an eminent scholar and historian, is a career administrator-turned- diplomat of the Government of Pakistan. Jami Chandio

Mr. Jami Chandio is an author, literary critic, scholar, and public intellectual with over 20 published books on his literary and academic account. He is the Executive Director of a Sindh-based think tank, Center for Peace and Civil Society. He delivers lectures and conducts academic training in Universities and public spaces across the country and abroad on political theories, democratic federalism, Tasawwuf, political Islam, alternative education, and pure literature. He has been delivering lectures and training to Pakistan's Parliamentarians, political cadres, civil servants, and academia since 2004. He serves as a resource person with many national educational institutions and international think tanks based in Pakistan and South Asia. As a visiting scholar, he delivers lectures on federalism at the National Institute of Management (NIM) to the batches of senior civil servants from across the country. He was awarded a 5-month academic democracy fellowship in Washington DC in 2008-9.

Mukhtar Ahmed Ali

Mukhtar Ahmed Ali is a seasoned development professional and activist, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Centre for Peace and Development Initiatives (CPDI) in Pakistan. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in governance, transparency, the right to information, and democratic development. Mukhtar holds an M.Phil. in Development Studies (with distinction) from the University of Sussex, UK. His contributions include leading initiatives on electoral reforms, budget transparency, and citizen accountability. As a former Information Commissioner for Punjab, he was pivotal in enforcing citizens' right to information. His advocacy extends to inclusive governance and corporate practices, emphasizing public participation and accountability.

Dr. Joseph Wilson

Dr. Joseph Wilson is the founding Executive Director of Markets for Social Justice (MSJ). A lawyer by profession, licensed to practice in New York, USA; Ontario, Canada; and Punjab Pakistan, Dr. Wilson has over 30 year experience in market regulations, including as a former Chairman and Commissioner of the Competition Commission of Pakistan, where he served from 2007 to 2016. Dr. Wilson. earned Master of Laws LL.M., (in corporate law) from the University of Georgia, Athens, USA, and another LL.M., and Doctor of Civil Law (Dean's Honor List) from McGill University. Dr. Wilson is an adjunct Professor at McGill University’s Faculty of Law, and serves on the International Advisory Board of the Loyola University Chicago’s Institute for Consumer Antitrust Studies. He has authored a number law journal articles, book chapters, judicial opinions and a book titled “Globalization and the Limits of National Merger Control Laws.”

Dr Muhammad Ali Shaikh

Dr. Muhammad Ali Shaikh is a distinguished Pakistani academic and administrator. He earned his engineering degree from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology in 1985 and later obtained a PhD in Mass Communication from the University of Karachi. In 1994, Dr. Shaikh became the Principal of Sindh Madressatul Islam (SMI), transforming it from a traditional public school into a modern institution. Under his leadership, SMI achieved university status in 2012, becoming Sindh Madressatul Islam University (SMIU). He served as Vice Chancellor of SMIU until his retirement in 2020. Throughout his career, Dr. Shaikh held key positions, including Director-General of the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency and Chairman of the Sindh Textbook Board. He is also an accomplished author, having written extensively on education, communication, and notable South Asian figures. Dr. Shaikh continues to contribute to academia and research, with his work cited in various scholarly publications.

Aniq Zafar

Mr. Aniq Zafar is a seasoned public relations and business strategy adviser at BowerGroupAsia, with an extensive network spanning Pakistan’s public and private sectors. With over two decades of experience, Aniq has advised on political risk assessment, regulatory frameworks, and crisis communication for clients in telecommunications, consumer goods, energy, and more. His prior career as a journalist enriches his understanding of Pakistan’s media and security landscapes, which he leverages to provide nuanced advice on communications and policy. Shabnam Baloch

Ms Shabnam Baloch is a distinguished leader in international development and humanitarian operations, with over 20 years of experience across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. She specializes in strategic leadership, conflict-sensitive programming, climate change adaptation, and disaster risk reduction. Shabnam has successfully led large-scale emergency response, recovery, and development initiatives, securing and managing complex programs while engaging with governments, donors, UN agencies, and civil society. She serves on NGO boards, including the Executive Committee of the Pakistan Humanitarian Forum. Having worked with organizations like IRC, Oxfam, GIZ, and IRD, she actively contributes to global strategic forums. A strong advocate for localized, client-centered approaches, she frequently writes for English dailies on social and development issues.

Dr. Rakhshinda Parveen

Dr. Rakhshinda Perveen is a renowned Pakistani social activist and gender expert who advocates for marginalized communities. She founded the NGO SACHET, a pioneering organization focused on healthcare and socio-economic empowerment for rural and underserved populations. Dr. Perveen also launched initiatives like Kafe Kaam to support women, trans individuals, and persons with disabilities in entrepreneurship. Her work extends to addressing gender-based violence, inspired by her own experiences, and she has collaborated with UN Women and the United Nations Population Fund as a senior advisor. Through her projects and media initiatives, she has become a prominent voice for gender justice and social change in Pakistan. Dr. Zia Ullah Ranjha

Mr. Zia Ullah Ranjah is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He holds a doctorate in Constitutional Law. He has published in international law journals and national English newspapers. He has more than two decades of experience in the legal profession. He has appeared in hundreds of cases before the superior courts of Pakistan. He advises various federal institutions. He is a resource person at civil services academies and law schools in Pakistan. He has participated in courses at the Hague Academy of International Law (Netherlands), the International Academy of Leadership (Germany), and the International Institute for Human Rights (France).

Shiraz Hasnat

Mr. Shiraz Hasnat has been in journalism for over two decades, currently serving as Bureau Chief at HUM News in Lahore, where he has worked for around seven years. Previously, Mr. Hasnat led Dawn News and Express 24/7 in the Punjab region, primarily covering politics, governance, climate, migration, technology, and human rights issues. He is currently the Senior Vice President of the Lahore Press Club and has previously served twice as Finance Secretary. Mr. Hasnat also worked in the United States as a correspondent for Dawn and is an alumnus and fellow of multiple prestigious programs, including IVLP, PUAN, the East-West Center, AIBD, the National Press Foundation USA, Oxford University’s Climate Journalism Program, RNTC Netherlands, FNF Leadership Academy Germany, China Public Diplomacy Association, among others. Additionally, Mr. Hasnat is a visiting faculty member and sits on the Board of Studies at several private universities.

Mangla Sharma

Ms. Mangla Sharma is a committed advocate for minority rights and women’s empowerment, with a social work and politics background. A former Member of the Sindh Provincial Assembly, she serves as President of the Ladies’ Wing of the Pakistan Hindu Council and is a board member of multiple advocacy groups. She is originally from Shikarpur and holds an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Karachi. Her journey began in 2001 as an independent councilor in Karachi, advancing as a master trainer for the UNDP’s Women’s Political School. She later founded the Pakistan Hindu Welfare Organization, addressing issues facing minorities and women. Sharma also receives the Fatima Jinnah Award for community service and remains active in promoting interfaith harmony and peacebuilding across communities.

Muhammad Anas Niaz Qureshi

Mr Muhammad Anas Niaz Qureshi is an innovative entrepreneur, founder, and CEO of Viscous.co and Bioniks. With a BE in Mechatronics from SZABIST Karachi, he has led groundbreaking advancements in Pakistan's tech landscape, including developing the country's first 3D-printed functional musical instruments and brain-controlled bionic arms. Anas is also known for creating Pakistan's first 3D-printed dresses and for pioneering banana fiber extraction work. His achievements include representing Pakistan at GITEX UAE, winning Startup Gen Pakistan's reality show, and being selected for the UNDP Youth Co:Lab program. A former President of Lions Club and ASME at SZABIST, he brings leadership, product development, and a passion for social impact to his ventures.

Salahuddin Momand

Mr Salahuddin Momand is a seasoned politician and educator with a background in international relations and English literature, holding MA degrees from the University of Baluchistan and Peshawar University. He served as a Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA) for PK71 Peshawar from 2018 to 2023 and has held leadership roles as the Provincial Vice President of the Awami National Party (ANP) Pakhtunkhwa and as Provincial Advisor for Malgari Ustazan Pakhtunkhwa. Before his political career, he managed TESCO Denmark Villas Express in Brighton and Hove, UK, gaining international experience in management. His work focuses on regional development and educational advocacy in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Malik Hamid Nawaz Awan

Malik Hamid Nawaz Awan is a dedicated political and social leader from Sargodha, Pakistan, and a senior Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) member. Known for his leadership as Nazim of the Union Council and as an opposition figure in the district assembly, he also ran for the provincial assembly in 2008. Awan is passionate about social welfare, improving education and healthcare access in his community. An alumnus of the International Academy for Leadership (IAF), he combines his governance experience with a solid commitment to uplifting underprivileged areas through community-driven initiatives. Afia Aslam

Ms Afia Salam is a prominent journalist and development practitioner in Pakistan, known for her dedication to environmental advocacy, gender equality, and media ethics. She holds a Master’s in Geography and has over 40 years of experience in journalism, spanning print, digital, and broadcast media. She is a member of the Prime Minister's advisory body, the National Climate Change Council, and the National Coordinating Body for Marine Protected Areas. A member of the IUCN Commissions and various environmental bodies, she has contributed to significant projects like establishing Pakistan's first Marine Protected Area on Astola and Churna Islands. Afia is also part of civil society organizations like Indus Earth Trust, Baanhn Beli, Salman Sufi Foundation, and PILAP (Public Interest Litigation Association of Pakistan. She is a pioneer as Pakistan's first female cricket journalist and a strong voice for responsible media and climate action.

Ross Mahtani

Mr. Ross Mahtani is a development professional and minority rights activist, volunteering on two government commissions: the Minority Rights Committee of the Sindh Human Rights Commission and the National Commission on the Rights of Child’s Minority Working Group. Local authorities have appointed him as a member of Hyderabad's Interfaith Harmony Committee and Peace Committee. From 2017 to 2020, he served on the executive council of the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan. Focused on human rights, peace, and interfaith harmony, he also earned a 2017 Legislative Fellowship at the Ohio House of Representatives. Mahtani has contributed to policy work, including advocacy for Pakistan’s Hindu Marriage Act, and has volunteered since his university days.

Mr Amjad Khan is a seasoned lawyer and advocate with an impressive legal practice and public service background. Currently, he holds the position of Additional Advocate General at the Balochistan High Court, where he represents the government and its institutions, advocating for justice and upholding the rule of law with unwavering dedication.
